I also add that hair has palm-tree like surface and you should whittle it opposite to he shells. You should hold it at the top of hair and cut from top to root.

That is great insight I never even thought of that :thumbup::thumbup: Going against the shells would make it easier for the micro edge to bite into the hair. I usually hold the hair by the root but will try it the other way next time around. Also, a straight push cut motion as seen in the video is more difficult than if a slight slicing motion is introduced.
The leather wheel can be picked up from any of the knife supply places such as Texas Knifemakers, Jantz, Sheffields Knife Supply, etc.... You will need a buffer to attach the wheel. A cheap 30-40 dollar one will do. The wheel will cost around 40 bucks or so. But it is well worth it because it speeds up the stropping tremendously. I can go directly from a 600grit sandpaper to the leather wheel and get that super polished edge in a matter of seconds. No need for the 10,000+ grit waterstones that I use to use before stropping.
