He was in Good Morning Vietnam with Robin Williams. Yeah, he was the guy who ran the club and was always looking for naked pictures of Ernest Borgnine! Billy, long time no hear....I thought you died after that VC kid blew your bar to smithereens.

I've heard of spanking the monkey, but not cutting the monkey with a lawnmower blade. This sounds like something that Lorena Bobbitski should comment on.
