Great review,but.....brussel sprouts?
That poor knife...it truly is a ViKtim if it had to do anything with a brussel sprout.

When I was a kid I was raised by my Great Aunt & Uncle & my G. Aunt would serve Brussel Sprouts pretty regularly.
I ate 'em,but we(my brother,sister & I)would put vinegar on 'em to kill the taste,haven't had 'em since.
Okra is even worse though,you might be right about my being a coward towards Okra.
In bootcamp we were required to eat everything on or tray....well one day with lunch they had Okra.:barf:
I was the last recruit in my platoon out of the chow hall because I couldn't choke down that damn Okra,even with the senior DI standing over me & yelling at me to EAT THAT G*% D%@* OKRA PRIVATE.After about 10 minutes,he finally realized I wasn't going to be able to choke it down & ordered me to get my A$$ outside & join the rest of the platoon.
So yeah,I guess I am a coward when it comes to that slimy,stinky crap called Okra.
 
I love brussel sprouts, I used to grow them. The kind you get frozen are not as good, of course.

I suppose it is one of those things that you either like or don't.

OK so I hated brussell sprouts until recently. Bake then with ham, bacon, sausage after tossing them in olive oil and balsamic. Delicious!

See,you use vinegar on 'em too. :p
That recipe sounds good,I might have to give it a try.(& the sprouts another chance in the EDE rotation.)(Every Day Eats)
But first I'll need a ViKtim.

It's going to be interesting to see which gets bumped out of the knife drawer,the ViKtim,the Pheonix or the Kephart.
 
It is interesting to watch this thread and follow the travails of a Viktim refusing to be victimized
