For sale are two vintage autos, both from 2005. Neither knife has been carried, used or sharpened, and both were stored blade-open. See photos for confirmation of condition. No nicks, scrapes, snail trails, etc. Each comes with everything shown in photos.
Both knives are very comfortable in the the hand. The Mircotech is quite thin and the Benchmade is a little thicker and slightly heavier. Both are very solid and well made, as you would expect from these companies.
Feel free to make a reasonable offer for either of these excellent knives. Because of the lack of info available for these models from 2005, I have made best estimates of their value.
No shipping to NYC or California. Know your state and local laws.
I accept PayPal: F&F or G&S (add 4% for G&S). Conus only.
1. Benchmade 5000BT Presidio - Mel Pardue design. Blade of 154CM is approx. 3.47" long. This Benchmade Presidio utilizes the Benchmade AXIS locking mechanism. Blade fires strongly at medium speed. Locks up solid and centered. Also has a safety lock on the top spine which keeps the blade from firing when closed. Blade marked "Mel Pardue Design" on the right side, along with "154CM" and a patent number.
Asking $250 + $12.50 shipping insured Conus.
2. SOLD Microtech UMS Black Tactical Serrated. P/N: 300707-22. This UMS has a black finished 3.4" S30V blade and a black anodized T-6 handle with grip-tech inserts. The grip-tech inserts offer incredible control and retention. Blade is marked "1/2005" on the left side next to the Microtech Talon logo - also marked "S30V" near base of blade. The knife also has a pocket clip and comes with a black nylon sheath marked "Microtech" and "TAG - Tactical Assault Gear". Blade fires very fast and lock-up is solid and centered. The UMS features a safety lock on the spine of the knife which positively locks the blade closed and open and works extremely well.
OAL: 8.10" / Blade length: 3.4" / Blade material: S30V / Edge type: Combo serrated / Handle material: T-6 aluminum / Weight: 3.8 oz. / Pocket clip: Tip up / Handle length: 4.70"
A lanyard can be threaded around the rear spacer.
I've seen a few of these with the "Microtech" logo, but none with the Talon logo. Terrific knife.
Asking SOLD plus $8.50 shipping Conus. Thanks Gary!
