There's a dealer that has a page up for this knife with some more specs and pics. Not linking due to rules but if you Google it you'll find it.

Looks nice, but not so much like the Half-Track in those more recent posts.

Wish it were just under 3-inches instead of just over.

Good to see it has thumb studs -- the Half Track only had them in the $2K-plus prototypes.

Here are some details from the Viper site, not much new information but it does confirm the modular back spacer:

With Storm, Viper introduces his collaboration with the Rick Hinderer a famous American cutler.
The thickness of titanium Liner along with the G10 and Carbon Fiber handle scales make this knife a hybrid locker: rigid and strong as a frame-lock, but well-finished and comfortable as a liner-lock.Another Storm feature is the H.M.S. (Hinderer Modular Backspacer System), which allows the user to place the preferred backspacer, among others available optional.
Storm has compact dimensions and allow to take it with you every day.
Blade: Böhler M390; hardness HRC 60/61; thickness 4 mm; Satin finish or Stone washed finish.
