I'm a newer member (please don't judge me too harshly) here and was duped by one JasonStevens. I wasn't sure what to do but it looks like the mods are already aware and taken care of the user. I've spent multiple hours just reading about Jswisher and now wish I could of used that time in other areas of the forum. I will chalk it up as an expensive lesson learned. I didn't really understand the warnings of using F&F since it seemed like a lot of users were using it and the new tax laws weren't helping the matter (that was his claim for F&F). But that is the main lesson I've learned: G&S period. Followed by, there is a lot of information to digest. The silver lining for me getting scammed, I was able to read more than just the exchange and discover the other areas of the forum I may have not otherwise attempted to explore. Thank you moderators for the work you do and the members that provide valuable feedback. I'm glad the OP was smarter than I and used G&S and hopefully gets his refund.
I checked out jeremy swisher and shelley hardester on Instagram and it’s kinda gross when you see pictures of him posing at his grandparents’ gravesites realizing the names of them are the same as some of his usernames used here and elsewhere to scam people.
There weren’t any pictures of knives at all, just family photos with his kids on trips and home life.

Have to add to this thread as JasonStevens AKA Lavern Swisher, AKA JeremySwisher managed to scam me also. Stupidly on my part I fell for payment via Freinds and Family. I do think I will give the Parole officer a call
Just found this thread a bit too late. Looks like he got me too on a gold class Tengu. I actually felt pretty good on this one, he had good feedback here on BF. I've bought knives here for a long time and it is the first time I have been scammed. Not sure if that makes me lucky or unlucky. Bummer. I guess I will stop waiting for the knife.
Have all the people this scumbag has ripped off sent consolidating information to PayPal, and more importantly, his parole officer.
Laws vary state to state - I’d guess he’s hit the financial value amount to to qualify for a felony charge ( or charges ), on top of a violation of parole / probation - possession of a dangerous item / weapon.
I’ve lost count of the different members this guy has ripped off. He’s not slowing down though.
This guy deserves the POS award for 2022 so far.

I would gladly sign my name if there's a group report that will be going around, either to PP or/and to his parole officer, but not on my own. I live in Europe, different timezone, different work schedules maybe, international call rates, and i confess that not always i get the point of a native english speaker, nor does he/she (although in this case it does seem simple as to just explain what happened but still, i am not familiar with the standard procedures and their requirements)

I got about 200 bucks or so back because it was g&so. The rest they didn't even give me the time of day with f&f. Unfortunately that was my first couple of transactions on the exchange, so I didn't know how it worked and he knew that.
