W2 and Blackwood Harpoon Grind with Bold Hamon

This is some of Don's W2, clay quenched for a very nice hamon. It was hand sanded and polished to 2000 grit and etched and polished to show the hamon as well as I could manage. The spine is fileworked

The handle is African Blackwood. It is held in place with 3 regular pins and one mosaic, and acraglas.

The sheath is hand stitched and tooled leather. The knife fits well and draws easily.

Very nice. I tried to forge a harpoon point once and.......well, I tested it to destruction. You have done a really nice job on this one, and the hamon is great. Good grab dakota.
