Walking Dead Season 5 (HEADS UP: Possible Episode Spoilers May Be Posted Within)

GREAT start to the season.... :) I was in from start to finish and could not figure out where the 45mins it was on for went !!!I think the trough escape was well played, in any such dire circumstances there are going to be time when it is purely luck/timing that saves the day. It may have been more moving if one of the group had been bumped and cut there but I am good with the outcome.... ;) The real part that had me screaming was when they had the punk tied up in the cabin and left him almost unsecured right near the baby....!!!!! That was all about getting Old Mate there back in the game properly I guess....he did well !!!
 
It was a good episode. I am just really happy to see it back. Never too soon. I find myself saying, is that it? It felt like it just started!" That's how you know its a good show!

Greeaarrtt quote!! It is true in this series and it is unfortunately often true to life. But that's the whole point of this show really. Isn't it? Well, other than being a really entertaining show it is lessons we learn in life, albeit, not always in such extreme ways,If we are lucky that is.
 
Just rewatching the episode now. I bet they go back. Rick told Gareth that the bag had a machete with a red handle in it that he was going to use to kill him. I'm betting that that ends up happening.
 
Man I don't remember that part. My mind is goin! I watched it in Sunday night here in Mi. I hear it airs on different days depending on where you live. I find that strange. Anyone? Is that true?
 
It happened when Gareth was questioning Rick at the trough. For some reason, Rick itaking a point to mention the color of the handle on the machete makes me think it was done for a reason.

I would say so. I would bet he is this season's villain...for however long he lasts. After what he was going to do to Rick and the group I imagine he will not last long.
 
I am sure he will be. The producer said there will be more flashbacks to tell how the people at Terminus came to be that way.
 
Look like Daryl had the tglb in his sheath. And i think this season may be the best one yet.

It was definitely in his sheath. I paused it and looked to make sure. Cant say Im not happy about it haha.
I guess Carol grabbed it with the crossbow.

If he did have the Team Gemini, that is a continuity problem then, because Beth had it when she got kidnapped last season. It really annoyed me that she had it to begin with.
 
Beth absolutely still had Daryl's TG when she got kidnapped, it was something that annoyed the crud out of me. The symbols on the trees are something directly from the comic, no Rick did not put them on the trees. Big things are coming.
 
Daryl's knife is actually the Team Gemini, not the TGLB, correct? I know, I'm nitpicking now, but I'm Ivory Soap sure it's the TG.
 
Yes Suezq the tg sorry. And i think the asphalt cringed when the tg hit it lol.

I am happy that Daryl has the TG back, but Beth still had not given it back before she got kidnapped, so I'll just chalk this up to continuity inconsistencies. BTW, I don't want Beth back. I have "claimed" Daryl. LOL
 
Michonne without a sword is just wrong... I'm thinking they need to route their trip to Washington through Wausseon, Ohio and pick up a Butaniku

Okay, so quick question... If Bob was going to whack himself because he got bit while at the food center (assuming that's why he asked for one more kiss and went outside on his own), does eating infected or "Turning" humans cause you to turn?

Does cooking the infected flesh kill the virus and make it safe to eat?
