Found the Spyderco Military digicam at Wally. No surprise the price was far below everyone else. Still has the satin
blade in $30V. Hopefully they'll the get the ParaMililitary in soon.

I hope Walmart implodes one day....

Drinks will be on me.

Walmart sucks...

JR88FAN... I want to join the party.

I'm down, saw a documentary on how Walmart gets their low prices. They basically bully companies to lower their prices until the company barely makes a profit. They just about ran Rubbermaid out of business, and other businesses.

I like Walmart...where else can you go buy a pizza, a movie, a budget knife and brand-name vitamins, and afford it all while working a minimum wage job? :)

Sounds like you work for walmart...

Nope...back when I was looking for security work, Walmart was one of the places that didn't hire me. :D

Right now I'm back at university yet again, and I get $30 an hour as a graduate assistant...for 10 hours a week.
Buying essentials at Walmart allows me to spend like a rich snob when it comes to buying the things that count most in life; knives.

I don't buy knives at Walmart here, because in Canada their selection is not good. There are no Spydercos at Walmart here, ever.

I only said that because I worked at Walmart for about two weeks. Told them I had to have certain days off for class and that I had to have a daytime job. Well they ignored both and put me working night shifts every night. I got sick and when I called in to tell em I couldn't come in I got fired. That was fun[emoji106]

Don't forget toothpaste, a blender, a new shower curtain, an extension cord, potting soil, a goldfish and to get your oil changed!

Yep, I can believe that.
Seen that sort of thing at most of the crummy jobs I've had. They expect your life to revolve around them for minimum wage, and often no benefits (or really bad ones).
That sucks about the firing when sick, but I've seen that too. :(

If I ever get a good job, I'll really appreciate it...for the 3 months it takes me to feel entitled to it. :D

True enough. ;)
And ammo, can't forget the ammo.
Lately their ammo selection has rather sucked though. Used to be a great place to get cheap .22 ammo in huge quantities.

Walmart aint cheap around me anymore. Ammo there is twice what i pay online with free shipping and no sales tax. Somethings are still a bargin but many arent. I rarely go there anymore myself.

I took a dump in the urinal at Walmart yesterday.

So I'm sitting here on the sofa, casually scrolling down reading these comments (with amusement)...when out of the blue I read Krav's.

I'm literally crying right now, as I type this. :D

Edit: On topic: I've literally only been inside a Walmart either once or twice in my life, & that was enough for me! I could care less what their prices are.

This is no shit Matt! Home Depot has the same business model.
I worked Corp American Standard for 6 years.....1999 - 2005. Home Depot literally caused almost every American plant to close. Couldn't meet the prices they wanted. Now there are 4 plants in Mexico, a few in China, Czech Republic, Thailand............
Probably close to 50,000 American jobs lost. Quality literally went in the toilet.
Wonderful.
Joe
