Thanks guys, itwas like 91 degrees and very humid. It was nice to get away by myself for awhile. I got my balls stomped at work yesterday, and slept for like 3 hrs, but I wanted to get out today, and I did. I go in for another 24 tommarow and with my boxer dyin, I needed a mental adjustment.....

That it is. I think if it were mine I would reshape the handle and add some micarta slads w/ hollow pins to it, With some thumb grooves on the spine. I am a fan of a sheepsfoot blade, so I like that.

I'd be happy just re-wrapping the handle. doesn't look like much of a cord wrap job.

Not my actual bike, I don't have any pics of it. But this is it. Actually mine is an uglier color because it was a demo model. I could afford the slightly used one, couldn't afford the new prettier one.

heres mine man, It started out has a specialized hardrock, and has morphed into this. I replaced theseat with a T.H.E seat, The cranks are new shimanos, all the singlespeed drivetrain was aquired from misfit psycles, the chain tensioner is a surly(the best IMO), The skewers are hope, The grips are bmx skull grips from danscomp, the barends are bmx barends from animal. Crankbros 50/50 platforms, I have since added a white bros ridgid carbon fork, and cane creek brakes, and headset. I also have some kenda klaws to slap on it. This is my beast. 1 gear---fast! what gear ratio you runnin? Nice cannondale bro....

I just run the standard 32:16 ratio.

I have the Surly Singleator also. I replaced the big ring with a Salsa bash guard. One of the coolest things on the bike are the uber-rare Altek Sandshark brake levers. They are red anodized aluminum. Oh, and the crazy Ringle hubs with titanium bladed spokes.

Those hoops are sweet bruce! Where did you find those levers? I havent seen many of those. Were the hoops cutom laced, or did you buyem pre built?
