Here is my pet warthog to complement your warthog ale I just heard from the African Vet (*cough* taxidermist *cough*). Once we exchange five or six emails, approximately two months on Africa time, and after I send them a check then he will be prepared to come to the states. In about a year he will join me after a few week ride on a luxury yacht across the Atlantic in the finest crate with my other new "pets". He will be briefly (hopefully!) lodged in four star accommodations with the US department of Fish and Wildlife to make sure he's free of swine fever. Then he will live in my office, with my office-mates 3yr old warthog for company. I wanted him to sleep on the wall in my bed room but my fiancee so kindly informed me that my head would be mounted up there next to him.
You'll see my Bark River Bravo-1 in the picture. Pardon the bit of blood, it's only there to annoy the bunny huggers. The Bravo-1 was particularly comforting to have when I got separated from my guide and tracker while split up trying to find someone's wounded kudu. I was more than a little worried that I would have to improvise a shelter and overnight on that mountain top.
I'm blown away. Thanks very much Bushman5 (and thanks to your pop too!). That's tremendously generous of you. I have never had a stout homemade walking stick before, though I have occasion to use one regularly. This was a rough week at work, and I was definitely in the need of some cheering up. You made my day man.
Congrats Mentor From seeing the posted pic of Bushman5 work you should have a great stick there. Now you can walk around and hit people on head everytime they wont listen. Post some pics of you with the stick .... Dont forget the pup in the pic too.
