Wanted: 1/4'' thick edc knife. Suggestions?

ESEE Izula, it's strong, small enough for EDC, can work outdoors, and the company stands behind their blades with a great warranty.

Someone mentioned Farid on the first page, and he did make one of his K2 folders with a 4.6" length 5.9mm thick blade in D3. That's pretty close to 1/4", and that K2 was indeed a monster.
For fixed blade EDC-sized knives in 1/4" thicknesses, Busse and Jeremy Horton come to mind, although you could go with other custom makers on the forums as well.
As some people have also mentioned, you should be likely consider more the durability of the pivot if you plan to use it hard. I agree with looking at the ZT30x & ZT200, they are very tough.

zt0300 would be a great choice. think that overall you go from a leek to anything zt size or bigger and your likely not to like carrying the weight. might practice by carrying about 8 to 10 ounces of weight in your pocket for a few days/ really does end up making a difference when youre used to carrying a 3 oz knife.

A folder with a 1/4 thick blade. Why do you want such a thin blade?! /sarcasm

Demko might entertain your notion of a folding knife. Pohan Leu may as well. Ray Laconico miiiiiiiiiiiiiight at least entertain your query.
