WANTED: A professional knife sharpening services
Preferably in the US so I don't have to ship my knives overseas
I have two knives to be sharpened.
BOTH knives are brand-new. They still have factory-edge.
Both knives are sharp enough to slice paper, but not sharp enough to shave/split hair.
I would like both knives to be about as sharp as a surgical scalpel.
(i.e. Much sharper than a straight razor.)

On the Srambit:
- REPROFILE the factory-edge to CONVEX Edge (MUCH SHARPER than a straight razor)
- Put a flawless MIRROR-POLISH on the spine of the blade, false edge, flat primary bevel, and the convex edge
- Sharpen the beveled-edge to scalpel-like sharpness
- Put a mirror-polish on the edge and edge only.
