i have a new (no box) juice XE Pro (largest juice), what's the condition of the Wave?

The Wave is about nine years old and has been a regular edc for about half that time. The handles are a bit loose in the typical LM way, but it has no damage or excessive wear. The sheath shows quite a bit of wear, but no damage.
