They are not a threat,they have been digging in the flower beds and by the time I grab the 22 with rat shot they are usally to far away to hit them.
Some other people have moved in down the block with a few dogs that they let run loose in spite of the lease law.If it gets any worse I am going to start just dropping them with 22 shorts and hauling them off.
I like dogs and cats but I hate people that get them and do not take care of them.
