Warning: Do not use gpal

What are you talking about? Context/backstory? Sounds like this should be in Good Bad and Ugly?

Gpal is having some serious problems and they seem to be ignoring their customers. There have been several attempts to go into competition with PayPal. They have all failed. For that reason alone, I never signed up for Gpal.

People all over the country are talking class action lawsuit. Good luck with that.

Here's an excerpt from their Limitation of Liability section.

"In no event will we be liable to you for any failure or delay by us (or our employees, agents, or representatives) in performing our obligations under this Agreement, regardless of whether the failure or delay is caused by an event or condition beyond our control."

In other words, you give them your money and they can take and keep it and you are screwed.

Wow. Sorry to hear of your loss Danny, guess I'm pretty glad now that I didn't try using Gpal. Thank you for the heads up.

Hang in there, it may come through yet. I know of another that after several delays finally received a check via fedex form gpal. Of course it didn't fix the financial problems the lack of funds caused.
Good Luck.

Their VP has been saying that they are now taking care of withdrawals from late July/early August. I can't wait two months. As soo nas they realized they had a problem, they had a legal duty to refuse any more incoming funds.
Taking my money when they knew they couldn't pay me back is like a taxi driver accepting a new passenger when he knows his brakes are out.
