Recently sent one of my folders back to Warren Thomas for some minor work and when I got it back it was good as new. There were some minor delays in getting this back to me but to make up for it he also sent a new titanium neck knife free of charge! That really made my day! I can not recommend his knives highly enough and his customer service is the best! :thumbup:
