Hi folks ,This is my first post on any forum ever. I have noticed alot of postive comments about WW and their fundamental standards of doing business. I dont think that requires further comment. What I have experienced in my dealings with Jay and Brian goes beyond just getting me a knife expeditiously. I build/ restore classic British motorcycles for a living. This means I send my days assessing mechanical things. I examine the knives I collect and use with the same degree of critical analysis I do on my customers projects, I cant help it! I am struck by Jay's willingness to deal with me in my pursuit of well fitted examples of the knives want. Jay pays attention to his customers needs and wants. I am not a high volume customer , and I have no personal relationship with WW. I appreciate the way WW does business.
