Warriors & Wonders Dropping Kershaw

Kershaw is not expensive. Take a look at their JYD and JYD2. Ti JYD2 with SG2 for below 200. The improved strider framelock ZT0300 for less than 300. The Tyrade and ZT350 for below 150.

It really ain't pricey. In fact I padded out my collection initially with Kershaw folders and till now I think they are good value for the design/materials/quality.

Just ordered 6 kershaws from Jay at W&W. Talked to him on the phone about 2mins after the order was processed. Great guy to talk to and can't wait to check out his shop. He told me some great news also for canadian knife nuts too:D

You guys get guns back soon?!? ;) :) :D

That must be the Australians you're thinking of. ;) Kinda close, they're both members of the Commonwealth. And they both like beer, I hear. :D

Canadians still have long guns. Lots of hunters and more fishing boats than I've ever seen when I was in northern Ontario this summer.

And handguns. Don't believe the propaganda.

Really? Glad to hear that. They're more difficult to own than long guns if memory serves, though.

I just remember driving down the Alaska Highway from Fairbanks to the Lower 48 in the '70s I had to have my hand guns put in special bags and sealed by Canadian Customs. Don't remember my long guns getting that much scrutiny.

OOOH OOOH whats happening? :eek::D:thumbup:

My, my...:rolleyes:

Bickering aside, my take is Kershaw has some of the best designs out there right now and the 'net prices are sometimes shockingly low. For example: $49.00 S30V stonewashed Avalanches.:eek::cool:

After recently handling a JYD II, I'm a convert. Something about that combat santoku blade and handle just presses the right buttons for me.:o Will be getting one or three soon.:thumbup:

back in the summer of 09 jay was commenting on the horrible CS of Kershaw.

that is all.

Um, just for the record....Jay is ONE guy. You can't make a complete asessment from one opinion, no matter what the subject is. I know many dealers who are elated to be doing business with them:thumbup:
