As I told you in the PM it's the sellers prerogative to run their sale the way they want to.

I also told you to start a thread in tech-support. Not here. it's completely unwarranted.
 
A seller can sell to whomever they wish. If they post that "I'll take it" followed by email or PM gets it, and then their neighbor stops by and wants it ... you lose. We don't and we won't have rules that force a sale to anyone but the seller's choice. All the suggested or "understood" procedures usually make it easier for all of us to prioritize. But they aren't meant to compel.
