Waste of time. (dzlvs8)

Guys, two important points.

RevDevil is right (as usual :D ) that some members can be frustrating to deal with. That's why we have Ignore and warnings and infractions. Banning is a whole different thing. That's why dzlvs8 is still around. For now ...

If he stomps on your sale like that, go to the lower left corner of his post and click on the triangle icon. Tell us what he did. It is very easy for a Super to fix it -- we can move his "I'll take it / I won't" right off the page.

Then your sale thread is clean again and he can have another warning or infraction. GBU is the right place to tell the members. Report post is the right place to tell the mods.

I have had this happen a few times . I dont like this crap especially with the wait you have before you can list again , But the mods have cleaned up threads so best thing to do is report post .

Agreed Marko. I've also seen some sellers put a time limit on the buyer. I'd think after I'll take it is posted, no more than an hour should be necessary to send the coin. If not, move on to keep the thread on the first page.

Thanks Esav.

Remember guys, the better the wording and presentation of your sales thread, the less likely something or someone with this kind of behavior is likely to crap on your ad. Keep your sales threads as simple as possible, be direct and open with your expectations, and communicate it all effectively.

Examples:
Item is available until funds are received...
Prompt payment and communication is preferred...
If you say "I'll take it" and don't follow up, next person in line will be given a chance...

These disclaimers help to protect the seller from malicious buyers and flakers. Finally, sometimes things can and do happen, life can get tough in a hurry and a person has a legitimate reason for backing out of a deal and no one is immune from this. As long as they communicate clearly and in a timely manner, no big deal as a well composed sales thread will not be negatively impacted.

Do not leave feedback if no deal has happened, period. If you do retaliate with negative feedback, you will also get slammed with a temp ban. Spark made it clear some time ago that iTrader feedback abuse was becoming too much of an issue. So, don't go there.
