Totally agree. That's why I rarely ever click on these threads. It's all a bunch of whining.
 
There's currently 1 knife not selling where the Seller is asking for $20 for PayPal Goods on a $345 knife- "$345 (PayPal Friends and family - $365.00 PayPal goods)".
 
2 things I get from this thread. F&F pisses people off and don't start a thread like this.
 
I'm staying aboard here on this thread because it concerns me. Do you see this guy the OP even saying anything? Weird man. I think I would watch out for him. Although I have not put him on my ignore list yet because I gave him a cease and desist order to leave me alone!! And if he doesn't, I'll report him again. I don't even frequent this section. Looks like some people thrive and get off in here. Weird again.
 
An absolute bs thread to make... what someone asks for their knives on here is no one's business but the sellers...If you don't like the price, move on. I've had it happen on here before and we see it all the time in F:GBU, some people just have to be the forum police. While I don't think the seller handled the situation the best, I can see why he was frustrated. The fact that the OP aired their private messages is super lame IMHO. He went looking for a fight and low and behold, that's what he got.
 
jhalb has broken no rules & though some may not like his terms they give you two options which are crystal clear.

I think the title of this thread should be changed as "watch out for member x" is usually reserved for members acting deceitfully or refusing to address an issue, none of which is occurring here.

I realized this thread would be a bit controversial, but I'm tired of people asking for Friends & Family payments (screwing over PayPal and throwing any buyer protection out the window), and I'm tired of people asking for inflated PayPal fees. This fee calculator makes it so that even a dunce can determine what to ask for in order to net a certain amount: http://thefeecalculator.com/

It may be none of my business as it pertains this or that specific sales thread, but the proliferation of this kind of nonsense lowers the quality of the forum, and that is my business.

Dude, your just weird. I honestly don't know what to tell you. Get professional help, that will help the forum. Read "will" help the forum. I've had about a dozen folks PM me in private telling me how they would have told you off also. Oh, but I'm not going to post their names because I respect their privacy, something else you know nothing about.

This is a disgrace. We have many threads in this FEEDBACK subforum about PayPal. They are more than enough. To repeat these complaints is one thing, but to use them to single out a specific member who has not violated our rules is trolling.

Not acceptable.

Thank you to all who saw through this personal attack.
