Wingwalker Belgian Style Wheat ale is what's it's called, not a bad drop. Familiar to our Eastern neighbours?
With the obligatory Becker content of course!

Not that I drink much ... ;)

But when I do, these have been hitting the spot lately.

Coffee, spring water that I harvest myself, and some of my homebrewed mead. This is probably more than 90% of what I drink, with obviously spring water being the main thing.

An example of the mead, with OBC (Obligatory Becker Content):

Honestly I haven't tried too many commercial meads, and most of the ones I have tried haven't compared to the homebrews I've had, my own as well as my tribe. Here in New England Moonlight Meadery out of Londonderry, NH does a good job. In your neck of the woods, B. Nektar Meadery out of Columbus OH has a great reputation but I haven't yet tried their mead.

I always recommend people make their own.... LOL

that's a fine looking mead bottle and ingredients list. i should try to find some :> for sale in NH anywhere? MA?

and indeed, i've been having some medicinal red wine from time to time, but i've pretty much stopped drinking beer/etc for the medium haul while i process stored fuel and convert it into heat :) working well so far too.

I took a half-day at work today, because this has been the most trying week I've experienced in a number of years, and I need to hide out for a few days alone. I'm not much of a drinking man, but I'm going to be buzzed in a couple of hours, I guarantee. But before I start getting hammered, I'm stripping my BK-5 in preparation for Cliching and then stippling some scales, because booze + sharp blades and hot soldering iron =

Just put another layer on the BK-5's tang to get rid of some stubborn spots.

My pizzen of choice for the day?

This stuff is great with some lemonade and Sprite.

Sadly, selling homebrew is illegal. :-(

However, there is a strong chance I'll be working with a local winery to release some of my brews above board and legit.... but even then they will most likely only be available within Maine, at least at first. Time will tell. :-)

If you ever find yourself up this way let me know, I like to share....

I usually have some White Hennesey but the bottle is down to the last drop so I have been enjoying this on Fridays..Metaxa
