Any of you guys a fan of wheat beers? Ithaca brewing company has ans apricot wheat that is mighty tasty in the summer. This time of year I usually grab a darker beer though. I am a fan of Irish Red, I like that roasted flavor with the hint of caramel. Yuengling is always good too.

Have you tried the Ellicottville Brewing Co's beer ? VERY good. Especially the blueberry wheat. Ellicottville NY.

I usually prefer Jameson. Sometimes I just need to fee like I can battle a kraken in its own territory, with a BK9 of course.

You know who makes a GREAT blueberry wheat beer? Sea Dog. I LOVE blueberry wheat beers, and theirs is the best I've ever had. It's called Blue Paw (by Sea Dog).

I've tried a few blueberry beers they were good, I dont think I've had any ellicottville brews yet, I'll have to look for those!

Crown Royal...Fourty Creek...McNaughton when funds are tight, best $10 bottle of whiskey I've had.

Gotta be Guiness tonight, got the imported one because it's noticeably better. I had an Irish Car Bomb earlier too.

Michelob Amber Bock tonight.

I generally search for good wheat beers, and I find that some are very mild but others have too much spice added. I like a few Hefeweizens too. Beyond those, I like Shiner Bock and Michelob Amber Bock. These both have a lot of taste without being bitter or sharp. To me most American popular beers taste like water with a sharp taste added.

Shiner bock and Amber Bock are pretty good. Sam Adams makes a Golden Bock that's pretty good and Abita makes a GREAT Doppel Bock called 'Andygator' that I really recommend checking out.

Andygator is great! There isn't much that Abita makes that I am not in love with. (Their red ale is the only thing I can think of that I don't care for.) I grabbed a 25th anniversary vanilla double dog at the store tonight. And I'm looking forward to a six pack of the seasonal strawberry lager.

I work at a Southern Roadhouse restaurant and we have Abita Purple Haze on draft. Admittedly not my favorite of their brews, but it's not too bad.

Twinings Earl Grey tea since it is 0530 in da morning.I did use the knife below to cut the plastic wrapper off the box.
