Wave patent violation?

Thanks for stating your position. What's between you and EKI regarding this matter is rightfully between the two of you and I respect that.
However, I don't quite know what to make of the rest of your post with regard to those of us here at the Emerson Forums that criticized your actions.
I would accept an aopolgy. But a defense disguised as an aopolgy just won't do.
Oh and when you put a barb on the tail end of the apolgy like this then you really leave no doubt in my mind that you are still trying to rationalize your actions instead of simply apologizing.
This isn't about us. This is about you.

Mike does not work here and is not part of 888Knivesrus.
Like I said this is a family run operation. Mike is not part of my family!
I made a mistake by putting up that knife or even buying the knife in question. That is what I am saying. I guess if you have never made a bad decision or mistake you can not understand. I am not a lawyer and don't know muck about these things.
All I know is the selling of that Fast Knife was wrong, and when I realized that, I pulled the Page.
I am not good at putting words to type. I can, say it better.

Well that is all I ask.
If you have never made a mistake then I can understand folks saying thaat they will never buy from me again.
I have made mistakes and will make more. And so I understand when some one cuts me of in traffic, or worse, I don't get mad and cus them out or jump all over them. I have done the same things before or worse and the state of Fla. stills let me drive a car (after paying fine). I am glad they forgave and let me drive. And even my wife.
I know what I did was far worse but I have seen my mistake and have fixed it. I hope there is no hard fellings at Emerson Knife.
