Way off topic: Do any of you hogs own a Keltec RFB?

meh, what's 220 pounds give or take... if she can't carry that much she's not worth the food she's gonna cost me ;)

Mrs Andy scares (and inspires) me than any other person i know....and that is saying something given the company I keep..!!!!!

After trying out a whole lot of different options, I'm now looking to try out a Ruger 22/45 LITE to compare with the kel-tec pmr-30 for an on foot hiking or bugout gun. I've killed deer with a .22lr and watched an elk go down with a double tap to the head so I can personally attest to it being more capable than many give the round credit for. Either a .22lr or mag makes for very light bulk ammo weight to go along with a nice lightweight .308 like the ruger gunsite scout rifle for heavier work. Mine weighs 6 lbs before optics, is a tack driver with factory ammo out to 300 yds (farthest tried so far) with either the factory peep/post iron sights or with the aimpoint all with almost the same felt recoil as my .223 AR's... and it was actually obtainable! I never was a bolt action fan until I shot this gun.

This PMR-30 weighs less than an NMSFNO, even loaded with 30 rounds. ;)

The Ruger Gunsite scout rifle is on my short list for rifles. I had one of the Ruger Frontier rifles before they came out with this and sold it. I like my M1A socom for my current scout type rifle. The the Vltor stock you get a lighter package with the ability to co-witness the optics.

For the 22 pistols I love the Browning Buckmark with a Tactical solutions barrel. Lighter than the new ruger and very dependable. The Rugers are great also.

AZT, you've convinced me... the PRM-30 is my next pistol purchase.

I've always wanted a .22 pistol that held more than 10 rounds... a 22 MAGNUM pistol with 30 rounds is dang near grail-worthy

bought my m1a scout couple years ago. had problems right out the box and had never fired if. stuck it in the closet for years and just now sent it back to the factory. got it back and issued resolved. this is what a warranty is for...

have a sub2000 in .40 and has operated flawlessly. but it is built like a $300 plastic rifle so there are some issues. front sight cracked and keltec sent a new one out immediately. I later upgraded to better plastic with aluminum posts. also a pin popped of my safety so it doesn't click like it used to. so far still shoots fine but will be sending back to keltec to have them fix this..

say want you want to but my expectations are the same for both these companies as with the Busse Kin companies. Do I expect 154cm to hold up like Infi? Nope, I really don't.... But if you say I'm covered then im going to use them accordingly and expected to be covered the same.

So maybe Keltec isn't like Busse but I will say it's a lot like ScrapYard... The price to performance ratio is strong!

Would any of you guys just up and give up a fight because the other guys had Colt AR15's and Busse Team Geminis and all you had was a Keltec SU16 and ScrapYard 711???

Would you feel out gunned?

All that said I think would trade my M1A scout for a KelTec RFB if I had the chance... My expectations from the rifle would not change a bit...
