I have had 5 kidney stones and they have had to go get all but one of them. Not fun at all. The last one I ended up with a blood clot in my kidney that stopped it up and they had to go back in and put a stink in, NOT FUN. I now drink about 140 oz of water today.

Whatever happened to breaking them up with ultrasound? None of you have had taht done before?

It's called lithotrypsy and they will only do it if they think it's necessary as it can have side effects.
