Be careful about doing business with a guy named Wayne Shino. He refused to sell me a knife on ebay even though his reserve was met. He is a man without honor.

I'm sorry to hear about that. Can't ebay do something about that? I thought that sellers and bidders were legally bound to sell/buy?
