We could use some smoke

Ken:

Great to hear that all went well with the repair of your pinky and that you'll be on admin duty tomorrow. Best wishes for a speedy recovery !

Peter

Here's some more smoke for the physical therapy! Glad everything went well Ken.

I'm sure the sharks will take it easy on you tomorrow. 😄 Rest up, heal up, and don't push too hard too soon. I know you mentioned being no stranger to injuries requiring therapy, but it never hurts to be reminded again, does it?

Michael

You are surely right about that Michael.

It's possible I jumped the gun on the curly q's, they may be in next week's batch. I'll find out in the morning shortly before you guys do...

Sharks take it easy? Well, actually, I guess we're a school of docile sharks to begin with, so I'm sure things will go great.

I'm hoping the recovery goes quick and smooth Ken. But I'll second Michael - don't push too hard, too soon. Better to take the time now and heal up right, than deal with it for a much longer time frame. This coming from a guy that pretty much ruined his basketball career by trying to come back too soon from an injury.

Ken, Ouch man, Take it easy. Allow your pinky to heal and follow what your doctor and therapist recommend! I've been there my self (with my wrist) and know how long it can take to heal and recover. God bless!

Well Ken, we've been telling you which end is sharp for a long time....
Guys, a scar is nothing to a knifemaker. It's when you screw up a good one with a crummy one that makes you mad.
Heal up fast Ken. Just remember - the hammer only leaves bruises and you can work even with a lot of them (living proof).

Thanks Carl. Fortunately this new scar isn't near any of the old ones, and also proves to put them all to shame. Tomorrow I'll see the surgeons work for the first time when the bandages come off. I'll post a pic here so everyone can oh and ah.

+1, nice -- besides, chicks dig scars!
