Web Specials Released - 8/9/2023 + Gear & Apparel Sale - 8/10/2023

I have bought at least a dozen of the gloves for family members as it IS a screaming deal. If it gives you a choice opt for the 'Cut Resistant' version as they are fantastic! My Brother Charlie is a plumber and he likes them more than much higher priced gloves. There is/was different sizes and if you have large hands get the right size.

Hmmm... thinking about those Bucklites... and there's no way that I need another keychain knife...
Well I futzed around the house last night, dithered a bit and didn't get back to the Buck website. Looks like the Bucklites are gone this morning.

Hey! Something unusual just happened. I got a text from Buck telling that the 422 was waiting for me, so I went back to the site. I was unable to buy a 422 (out of stock no matter how I tried), but . . . I was able to get a 426!

Woo-hoo!

Buck Knives Inc. Buck Knives Inc. Perhaps that issue ^^ is something the web developer can address. My orders from before the web site change may provide some shipping and billing test address data for them to use. As a BCCI member, it would be nice if I could order some more knives directly from Buck.
I apologize you are having issues placing an order. Our new website works directly with the USPS for known address which solved issues with wrong address issues. I looked up your account and it shows a legitimate address. If you would like to send me a PM I can take a closer look with you. Please send an email to: msmit@buckknives.com

Is your team updating what is in stock or out of stock for the web specials automatically or manually?

Come to think of it, if the 422 and 426 are NOS (or maybe just NOS handles it current blades) I'm curious if they'll come with the old style nylon sheath. With my 422 on the way, I'm eager to find out!

They are both sold out as of 4 pm Eastern time today

I would guess it has to be a bunch of collectors or nosltalgic folks because the 110 folding hunter LT is certainly everything the old 426 was so far as I remember.

The 426 description says "Carry System - Sheath. Black nylon sheath. Imported". But the 422 says, "Carry System - Pocket. Knife has no clips or fasteners, and is designed to be carried in the pocket". I believe this would be a departure from Buck historically including a nylon sheath with the 422.

Ahh, good catch.

To be honest I never used the sheath (black nylon velcro top loader) unless I was scouting when I had the 422 in grade/high school. I just carried it next to my wallet.

That's awesome!

Had to nab an 845 Vantage to back up my VFP.

...Don't know about the mechanical complexities of the Paradigm, but if people ever get tired of that, the Vantage Force series is near perfection when it comes to edge geometry and useful simplicity. The latter should be a prime focus for anyone working in industry.
