Website troubles...

So, last wendsday, I ordered a spyderco dragonfly from www.bladecrazy.com. The thing is that they are still processing the order. It is JUST the one knife. Nine days and they still haven't shipped it out, and I have no reason why. I tried calling and no one picked up, so I sent a message on their website. I don't know the problem, if there is one, so I'm trying not to get pissed off at them, but I'm not happy that it has taken this long. I don't think I will order from them again. What websites have you guys had trouble with?
