Here is some of the slag I brought back from CR. 2 22" machete sheaths, a 20", and two costa Rican grass cutters, Machete del Suelo. The 22" fits nicely with my fiddleback machete

I like the look of those Machetes de Suelos! I'll need to pick one of the smaller ones up for my lady for her garden work this summer! :D

It's still too bad that they no longer make one without the bends in it, though. I'm never going to stop dreaming about that one that you found! :p

Congrats Joe on the marriage!

Where did you stay in Costa Rica? Lots of fun to be had there.

Some more fun pictures. Will post better ones as I get them

Many, many congratulations, young man.

But ... I have to suspect that the new Mrs. "took you" rather than the other way around. I find that the female of our species leads much more often than they follow.;)

I confidently predict "much happiness" in your future. And some of it will even be non-machete-related.:)

Joe,
Brother !!

What the heck are you doing on here where you're with the woman who took your last name ?? Post later when you get back !! This is your honeymoon for God's sake !!;)

I'll tell ya !! Youngsters thses days ! They get a beautiful woman who enjoys dirt time also and what's he do get on a pc and post about knives and machetes...:p LOL

Have a good time Brother !!

Well ... that's why they put that part about "better or worse" into the vows.:p

Congrats! You are a lucky man. I just got married in August, best decission I ever made, or tied with buying my first custom knife anyway, just dont tell her that...

Sigh. Another confused young man.

Son -- they make the decision. Although I'll admit, this isn't something you realize for quite awhile.:o
