It's a pretty good view from the top of the space needle! Especially on over to the Cascades (not the Olympics you barely see in this here photo).

Here is my ankle 3 weeks before running the marine corps marathon. It was a very painfull marathon

Here I am getting ready to do a mountain climb time trial that is reputed to be 1% steeper than Alp Duez for it's entire 6.75 miles. At this time I was at 192 lb. That would be equivalent to TonyG riding with two of his Pinnarello bikes on his back :D
