You know I had not really thought of shooting my fish until I saw this thread.

I can see where there are times where you just have to do it--I'll have to keep it in mind.

Skunk is a fount of wisdom and new ideas.

I can see that we are all going to have to get together, and do a little fishing sometime. That ought to be a real treat!! No officer all these fish already had holes in them when we reeled them in??
 
Here is one of me with John Jardine and the coyote that I shot with my Smith 610 10mm Magnum. Coyote was running uphill about 40-50 yards away. I was real lucky that day ;) Pic was taken with a crappy disposable camera :o

BruceWayne, I'm not sure you shoot your own fish (unless you just want to). You're really supposed to shoot the other guy's fish. :p
 
Skunk, I found us a better method of alcohol carry. Bottles in the side holsters, shots up front. Even better would be to get this pretty girl to just carry everything for us. :thumbup:

Speaking of shooting fish.............

I was reluctant to say this, PETA and all, I remember harvesting grass carp (monsters) with a 16 ga. Ithaca slug gun, it was 40 or so years ago.

Even if you were close, the concussion ...... never mind.



Lets not even get started about dynamite and other things that go boom, life was simpler then :eek::D

I saved this one for posterity! :D Being educated in catholic schools nearly all my life, this one just makes me smile. :) Although it looks like most of the good sisters could use a lesson in keeping their fingers off of the triggers.

so these people hunt penguins? pretty good camo for that, and i guess it would work well for killer whales too :thumbup:
