  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Well...It's Friday...

Mornin everyone. I'm taking the kids out camping tonight - taking advantage of some perfect weather here in Virginia. Hopefully I can catch this weeks batch before we head out.

Where are you in VA? I'm down in Martinsville...

Up in northern VA about 40 miles west of DC

Well, It's beautiful in SW VA! Hope you have a good weekend camping..... I went with the Scouts a couple of weeks ago and spent the weekend whittling and carving a walking stick with a FBF Kephart... Camping is the perfect excuse to use my hammock and my Fiddlebacks.

Thanks man! I'm trying to figure out which FB to bring. I need to get a tool roll and pack all of them.

I've got a full batch, a big one even, ready for y'all today. I'm starting the pictures now. Give me an hour and a half to get those done, edited, uploaded, and the thread written.

THANKS!!!

That's always a tough decision :) I roll 'em up in a towel so I don't have to decide.

Have Fun!

LOL, I do understand! I usually pack a favorite for food prep and one for playing with wood... unless backpacking, then I just carry one.

I wonder how many Virginia fiddleback fans there are on here - I'm in Alexandria.

Vas ticks, sounds like you are in Loudon or Winchester. Nice to see other Virginians around here. I am near Fredericksburg. I do not own a fiddleback yet, still saving, they are all nice knives.
