Well...It's Friday...

thanks

i think this one is my favorite

2016 0415 24– Nessmuk w/ hemp wrap over leather liners, no pinstripes, SFT
Convex on spalted ⅛” A2 - $175
Cool stuff guys. Is there any contouring on the handle or is it wrapped flat.

Oh My Goodness!!! What a batch for wood lovers!
Yup, I don't usually go for wood handles but I would grab that Asp and woodsman and not think twice about it. That scorpion is sweet too.

I hope the Leuku goes fast, or I might have 2 again.

the smaller knives are flat wrapped. we are going to experiment with different thicknesses of the leather liners.
we are discussing possibly contouring the larger models like Allens Aripima.
the drawback of doing the contoured wraps is the significant differeence in the amount of time involved.

I agree...and I'm a huge fan of the wood scales. I'd grab that Woodsman as well...but I'm practicing restraint today. Good luck everyone! Won't have to compete with me anyway...I'm on the road today.

Have a great time!

The Leuku is sweet! 1/8" tapered!

Sorry, I didn't understand that but could you reply to my post and expand on that about 2:59:50 Eastern? (Might give me a better chance at my first post getting a shark in while your minute is ticking) lol

Wasn't it Taja that was looking for a Scorpion? I hope they see it and get a chance to shark.

Does anyone know if the Forge stabilizes Rosewood? I might try to get the ASP if it is NOT stabilized.

I would hazard that rosewood is not stabilized. In general, the wood is dense with oil and naturally stable. Some even say it cannot be stabilized. I can't see any wood supplier stabilizing the wood as it would have no return on value.

Someone grab that HB rustic for me. The Handyman would do too. Is the handle epoxy soaked ????
