I agree 100%, the early postings were nice.

I haven't bought lately but I'm here every Friday hitting F5, no purchases lately only because I have a couple of very specific models/configs I am waiting for.

So I walked around all day yesterday thinking it was Friday. I had even set my alarm to get up to see what was on offer. I just figured they'd skipped this Friday due to the holiday.

My wife mentioned something about "tomorrow's Friday so... blah blah blah...", irritated that I hadn't done something. Totally ignoring her, my first thought (not kidding) was that there may in fact be a FFF after all. :D
 
I'll be checking in occasionally from the road. Good luck to everyone on the hunt. Hopefully someone finds a late Christmas present for themselves.
 
In that case count me in on wearing out the refresh button!

Keeping my eyes open for Kepharts, bolsters and curly cues. Dyed burls too, or natural or Halloween colored synthetics. Basically, anything really wild.

All of those in one knife = grail!

I'd also like to see some hand rubbed finishes, although I plan to use and patina my knives so that's probably better for ss safe queens. :p
 
Next week, Bushfinger, Tuxedo, Mosaic Pin, 1/8", Tapered, 3/4 high grind. I feel it coming, and I know it's gonna be mine!

Andy loves us and wants us to be happy, so I'm sure our hunt for them will last us another couple of years. ;) I had a knife in mind for my first FB, and over a year and a half later I changed my mind a bunch times, and ended up on something completely different. By the time the Bushfinger comes along, I'm sure I will already have bought something completely different from Andy. I love it.
