Well...It's Friday...

What are you looking at Kenny for your first Fiddleback?

Something in the 3-4" range. What got me interested was the Bushboot on USAMADEBLADE.com (Awesome folks btw!) but I was sadly too late for that. Something I could add to my edc. Bushboot, Hiking Buddy, the elusive Bushfinger maybe?

I'd also consider a Kephart or KE Bushie in the 4" range; both are really versatile designs!

They're in my "want" list also :) I'm fairly open to anything that catches my eye! I was reminded that I can only get one though...only one !

Great choices to start out with; there always seems to be at least a couple Hiking Buddies & Bushfingers available every week. They just don't last long.

Welcome, Kenny C

If you do a quick scroll through the post, one or two knives will jump out at you... wood, grind, shape, etc... Most often that is the knife you would pick with even more time to look and choose... kinda like a multiple choice test... :)

No dollars this week, spent all my cash on a western mountaineering sleeping bag. Looking forward to the batch though

Well, for me personally...if anything like these show up today I am soooo going to be in trouble :D Looong story...

Love the Shank with the convex edge & no daggergrind; looks very useful. The KE Bushie is a lovely model that just isn't made enough.

I love that shank too, I hate that I missed it. I have had a specific project in mind for a while for which it would just be absolutely perfect for.

Ok, I gave waiting it out a shot by milking out my lunch as much as possible. I really need to get back in the woods and take advantage of the warm temps. It's all the way up to 25F today, and the "feels like" is even up to 14, so maybe I can get a few things done. I'm just going to tell myself that nothing like these would show up today anyway...even though looking at the spacing of them in previous posts says they may... :) You sharks have fun!

Somebody post up a fake Friday batch thread. We'll sit back and watch. It will be fun! Come on, I dare ya...
