Well...It's Friday...

Sharks be warned- Ol' Duder's in the market tomorrow. And I'm not leaving my tablet. If the house starts on fire, well I guess I'm going down with it.

Stay away or...

Good luck on the hunt Joe! Whatcha looking for? ;) :D

I'm out for the time being.

Daggers! Sneaky Pete, Asp, shank or even a woodsman. I kinda fell for the dagger and deep swedge grinds Andy's been putting out. Tuxedos preferred.

Good stuff -- as always I hate divulging sources, but it looks like atleast one woodsman might be up on deck tomorrow based on Andy's twitter feed ;).

-- BTW, I have a shank up on the exchange right now:cool:

Can you post a pic of Andy's twitter tweet? Did I say that right?

Anybody know when the new "more wicked" shank design will be revealed?

Ask and 'ye shall receive, although :hypnotysed:Pay no attention to the other knife in the picture... infact.... its not even there...it doesn't even exist... :hypnotysed:

The pic is pretty grainy, if I had to guess, based on what Andy's been using lately, it might be a burl or sorts... I can kinda make out a pattern

After much deliberation and thinking after all the answers I got as to a smaller woodsman, I am wanting a shank very badly at this point. If that one didn't have a swedge I'd probably start hunting money fast. But, the natural canvas wouldn't be exactly perfect for me so probably for the best. Actually, one like the one Will snagged last month is more what I am after. That box elder and spalting on that one are perfect for the effect I want to create in a series of photos. A project I really want to do a specific way.

I agree, definitely looks like wood. Looks a little like some of the white oak he has been using lately.

In looking at that tweet a little closer...it sure looks like this knife may be to the Woodsman, what the Duke is to the Hunter, now that's just bad ass!

Agreed -- I think Andy is calling it the toothpick. It looks pretty awesome and I believe he has only made 1~2 prior to this. Man I love Fridays

A Duke is at the top of my list for today. Hopefully ... I've been waiting for the funds. It's go time! :D

I'm just hoping for a Runt, Wjt1981, that Shank of yours would match the ASP I am currently waiting on. If you get a chance can you PM me some pics of it?

Hey fellas ... whazzup?

No problem -- I'll send shortly; its a pretty knife and if you are referring to the Nat shank that was at bladeco it should match!

Chilling and packing for the mountains. Hard to decide which Fiddlebacks to bring along. Think It will be the new Hunter and Recluse :D

Already chosen which skis to bring and what down jacket so plenty of time to fondle Fiddlebacks and ponder my decision...

This will be my first Fiddleback Friday...and my first Fiddleback. Took the day off just for this special occasion :) Fingers crossed that Andy made something for me this week! If not, I know that USAMADEBLADE is getting in a nice batch soon. Are butterflies normal?!

Yep, It's Friday... sitting at the desk, very little work getting done... hmmmm......

-Hi, my name is Will, I have a Fiddleback problem-

KennyC_II: Welcome to the "Fiddleback Friday Experience"! I'm willing to bet you'll find something that you'll like (an awesome batch is coming from Andy - as usual) and yes, butterflies are definitely normal (as well is a condition known as "fingers crossed").

Welcome KennyC! Took the day off?? I like your enthusiasm! As a long time veteran of Fridays, I can assure you that the butterflies never go away. Even on a day that I don't have any funds I still feel the anticipation as I wait to see what magic Andy has worked this week.
