Sales on the new site went better than expected. I was afraid the changes would cause a loss in traffic and sales, but it went well. Definitely can't complain! It hasn't been a perfect transition by any means, it's a work in progress... of course they always are! They're never really "done" anyways. Hopefully things keep moving in a positive direction and that everyone is happy with the change as we go further ahead.

Starting the new social media accounts will be our biggest challenges. It's very hard to grow accounts these days, especially with the algorithm working against business serving more "conservative" lifestyles. We sell all these scary "weapons" that all the powers that be in Silicon Valley are afraid of... so we definitely don't get the natural reach other companies do. There's definitely no shortcuts in the knife business these days.
