That hidden tang HB is freakin amazing! I want one just like it in CPM 154 for my hikes here in the neighborhood wooded areas and creeks.

This Jedi mind trick of yours would only work on me if it was that sweet Blackwood Monarch you have up for sale, and I had the funds to snag it. As it stands, I went into depbt just making sure the craziness of my last year didn't ruin Christmas for my daughter

It comes by spells. He has to read his market as best he can. It is an upcharge that for the most part is only seen as a benefit by the coastal and fishing crowd. The vast majority of the time I am good with O-1. Once patina-ed it does fine for me. BUT, there are times when I am hanging out in the coastal plains and beaches that I only take my knives that are good stainless. I want a hidden tang HB like that in CPM 154 for such applications. That thing is feather light and I could take it everywhere with me.

That said there looks to be a few different models in CPM 154 in this weeks batch.
