Well, its Monday,, you know what that means..

Congrats Mattin.

I'm not sure what I think about this one yet. Definitely has potential. Sounds like it would have been a good candidate for infi but the bg price point will be good too.

Really want to see this thing! How bout the sneak peak boss man?

Dear Mr. BUSSE,

Not really?! Tell me you're goofing, PLEASE!

A PARANG?

AWWW DANG!

That is.........amazing! Can I ask a professional question?

How long does it take to "get ready" to produce a new design?

I know it takes time to do a mock up, then get it put into CAD form.

I just wondered if you were in the deer stand thinking about things, and started dreaming up what knife would work for whopping, chopping, cutting, fueding, slicing, fleecing, and skinning, and Whammo a new design is BORN!

Without a doubt, it is not that easy.

Is it?

.

^^^ hell I bet alotta guys here even could sketch up some nice ideas! Busse knife design contest?!?! Id be down...... do stickfigure knife sketches count? Haha

For Sale... one slightly damaged Australian liver... plenty of operating hours left on the clock. Probably needs to be a FTF transaction though....

Man, I have always wanted an Aftershock Bolo.

Also Parang "kind of sounds like" Boomerang...So an Aftershock Parang!?

Ooops! . . . . Sorry about that!

My "Boom!!!" Had nothing to do with any previous post.

However, if I had made it after this post . . . .

. . . It would've meant a whole lot more!!!!!

MattinLA you just won yourself a $100.00 shop credit!!!!

Congrats!!!!!

Prepare yourselves for the coming of the .. . . . [/SIZE]

"Boom Parang!"

Let's drink!!!

Jerry
:D

Very interesting! Can't wait to see it Jerry!

$100 shop credit for guessing that, without an official contest? Matt, you lucky, lucky dog!!! :p All I won is a beer (that I have to travel to Blade to collect) for guessing the D-Guard. As long as Jerry sits down with me while I drink said beer, it's alllll goooood! :D

I do have lots of Wardens, but I'm starting to run out of duplicates, especially of the satin or double cut types. I wonder if tbere's a market for the coated varities these days....
I know of at least one person who is in the market. Don't know if Battle Grade wardens exist, but I'd be interested in that also.

Oh man a parang.:) Love to see it. I got the Fox Parang and I really like it. I cant wait to see the lines on the Busse. She's gonna be a sexy one I would think.

Could trade you a Texan liver... prolly be about an even trade. ;)

.
from the sounds of it, there is not one liver on this forum worth much lol. We all made too many dents in our livers over the years. These Tuesday nights, Wednesday afternoons have played hell on many a liver on this Busse Forum

I know of at least one person who recently listed some on the exchange.

As for BG GWs, I don't think they exist. Yet.

Busse made some Elmax Game Wardens, like these from the 2014 BladeShowGanzaaa, but Elmax isn't BG.

I got the Tequila Sunrise version (13B), and it's definitely a keeper. They're not INFI, but at .100", they're much thinner than the thinnest INFI GWs. They're really nice and really good slicers, which makes them a lot more useful than the .270" railroad spikes that Busse put out at the end of the GW run. In my Opinion. YMMV.

And Swamp Rat made Swamp Wardens (which aren't quite the same).

But I wouldn't be surprised to see BG GWs as a part of "Operation Two Weeks."

Those look awesome. .1" Elmax sound like slicer heaven.

I've been hoping they would pop up, but it's difficult to know since we don't know how long operation two weeks will last (or at least I don't).
