Wenger SAK alert! :O

The rest of the loot will get posted tomorrow, but I can't resist showing off my personal prize. The store owner dug around and found THE ONE I wanted to get. A "Money Clip" model, marked Wenger Delemont right on the blade, bigger'n shit.

New in box. Notice it says "THE" genuine Swiss Army Knife, not "A" genuine Swiss Army Knife. o_O

Looks almost like a normal SAK, very slim and flat, with smooth, cherry red anodized aluminum scales...

But flip it over and you see the greatest pocket clip ever made! It is the slimmest, smoothest, least obtrusive pocket clip knife I've ever clipped on a pocket.

The clearly superior Wenger scissor spring action compared to the bent metal spring of a Victorinox:

Little sharp blade and nail file. Still greased up from the factory.

I consider this a great score!

All right, time to post the rest of the loot.

Firstly is @fonedork 's Cigar Cutter model. What a snag! Notice both the cigar cutter AND the scissors both sport the nice Wenger-style spring tab.

Next we have a Fisherman's model, which includes a panfish scaler and a hook sharpener. This one I will just keep NIB for now.

Then comes a Golfer model in green! Picked this up for a friend who golfs. I don't even know what the little fork tools do, but they look fancy.

Then we have a plain old SAK such as is so many kids' first knife...marked Wenger, of course.

Last is a tiny midnight blue Wenger SAK, with silver butterfly and flower embellishments. I certainly wasn't going to leave this thing there for 12 bucks or whatever it was. It will be a gift.

A nice haul of NOS little knives you won't see around much, at least not the ones that haven't been corrupted by Victorinox.

These knives were found at Edge N' Knife, in Eugene, OR. The place is packed with knives.

Awesome score Mecha! If you unload that plain Old Wenger SAK, let me know.

ahem, fair warning on the "cigar" cutter thingy.
never leave it in front of individuals in unhappy relationships :-)
other than that, it appears to be quite
a handy and versatile tool...

That was an oddly pale hot dog.
