I have to agree with resinguy...This thread urges for some color!!!...please let the pics come...and you know what would be awsome if anyone has a picture of the newer custom shop ones or the newer SHs vs the 1/300 run...or just throw them we´ll sort them out.

I love mine and still use my original, the others are collectors. Nothing wrong with the newer designs but your first one is special so it's hard to be objective.
 
I own a SH E LE...I think yes...the handle are a little pianiful because of the bottom side that is curved.
That's a problem for medium hands, but not for large hands. Said that...the SHBM, that i've used a couple of time, has the same problem. But, they are two great blades, still. The SH E is, still, my first choiche when i need a multytask blade with me. I believe i'll change handles one of this days...

SH Ergo LE #152. Absolutely a beauty with an appetite for destruction. Repeat: the only problem is to use it without gloves, if your hands are medium. Micarta is too "grippy" and too thin, and will not absorbe vibrations, as it would.
But nothing else to say. Absolute one of the best knives ever, for a camp or multitask duty. You are big boy? go with SHBM. Yu are medium? go with SHSHII or SH E.
If you can find one, of course. Don't think is easy to get one. Me, for example: i'll never sell my SH. Never.
There's no NMSFNO, no SFNO nor BM. Nothing, to me, compares to SH series. Again: never sow a broken ones.
 
Doc, that 3 I've seen in the last week....the 1/6s.

I love mine and wish I could build the nerve to use it, but to ruin my set....mint regular CG, 1/300, and LE....I can't do it.
