I don't think it is being made these days, but the Spyderco D'Holder Toad was super cool!

I'd say a little victorinox like a classic as well but I've started carrying a little opinel no5 (as a clean blade for food at work) and I'm really liking it.

My ZT 0022. It performs beyond its weight class and fits inside the coin pocket of most jeans.

im not sure if it qualifies for tiny, but the mini begleiter slides right in the that weird little pocket on my jeans and seems pretty small to me
only carried it for a bit, then my wife commandeered it, so im ordering another

And yes it's a real knife, it'll shave arm hair and I have used it.
I don't use it often but it is plenty for most of my cutting tasks.
