Do you mean the blade would be forged to shape and (mostly) finished by the time the folder maker got it?maybe Randall Made could forge aa line of blades for a maker of folders, such as Buck, Emmerson Benchmade (or you pick the maker) to machine into one of their models handle.
Perhaps this would be a special blade profile . . .or it could simply be one of their smaller standard profile blades that is unfinished at the rear end.
I can imagine the folder maker machining the unfinished part behind the Picasso or choir to work in their model.
