What A Creep!!!!!!!!

Evidently, according to Gwinny, only beginners use magnets. Could some pros tell this rookie how THEY grind the TANG without loosing their hold? I do not use the magnet to grind the bevels.

why would magnets be for begginers only? when i start hallow grinding i will be using a magnet, for more control over the blade. how do you grind not using a magnet? hold the tang?
 
For what its worth, try doing your off hand work first, and then match it with your strong side. Its easier for me to grind the logo side of the knife so I start with the opposite, and then grind the side I have more control of to match.. Hope it helps ya..
