Perfect companions.

I’m not real picky about light tint, but the tint and color rendering on this maratac is just so pleasant on the eyes, perfectly suiting the brass construction. As far as the knife, a pocket knife just doesn’t get any better than an old schrade peachseed bone jr. cattle for me.

Not 100% sure what to make of the Wedge yet, but so far the things I should hate (low-CRI cool white emitter, no moonlight) or be neutral on (proprietary, non-replaceable battery; length) are losing out to the awesome form factor, switch, and simplicity -- as I'd hoped they would.
