What are the modern grails of edc?

I guess the show is about over. I suspect the OP has some idea of what a grail is...at this point. And, as we've seen, it means various things to different folks.
Enjoy the wkend.

Depends on the seeker. A "grail" is more about the seeker and his journey than that which is sought.

I'm in my 50s and have recently come to the realization that the "perfect" pocket knife I've been seeking has been right in front of me and easily obtainable the whole time.

What knife have you decided is the perfect one?

I'm a bit confused regarding what is meant by grail in this discussion. If I'm to interpret as a folding knife that's highly regarded, affordable, and just plain works, I'd say:

Spyderco Delica
Spyderco Para and Para2
Buck 110
Case Peanut (yes, I'm serious)
Benchmade Grip and mini-Grip
Kershaw Blur

Today, I found a near grail at the gun show a few miles away.Wenger Suiss Allsport knife from the early 1960s catalogs. Main blade stamped Abercrombie & Fitch. Used but in good condition. Seller wouldn't go below $65. Couldn't bite. I'll, no doubt, see him again.
