At the moment IWB, just my Spyderco stainless steel, plain edge Rookie with it's Spyder-engraving...sweet. I'm at work, so I als have a lab coat on (hospital) and in the pocket is my "work" knife. A Spyderco FRN Native, serrated blade.

But GENERALLY, I carry my tri-fold wallet, REKAT Sifu, REKAT Carnivour Cub, a Glock 27 or 20 (with spare magazine), 6 keys, a large handcuff key and Leatherman Micra (in a key-wallet), a Streamlight Scorpion flashlight, Mace 10% Pepper-Foam, and my Seiko 150m Quartz Dive Watch (on my wrist, via a Waterborne Dive Strap).
